Accounting Search is seeking a Product Manager - VFD in Raleigh, NC to lead growth in the VFD and power quality business within a global leader in power and thermal management solutions.

You will blend technical expertise with leadership, driving market-driven initiatives, addressing technical selling challenges, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver customer value in data centers, utilities, and industrial environments.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in the industrial automation industry.
• Strong selling and customer-facing skills.
• Hands-on experience with factory automation, process control, motor control, VFDs, power conditioning.
• Familiarity with UL/CE/TUV and industrial networks is a plus.

Background Profile

• BS in an Engineering field or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of experience in the industrial automation industry.

• Strong selling skills, customer facing

• Hands on technicl experince with factory automation environment, process control sub-markets, motor control technology, control loops, Variable speed control, VFD technology, power filtering and conditioning.

• Hands on tecnical expertise required: w/ these type of products is a highly preferred: Delta, ABB, Siemens, Rockwell, Yaskawa, Danfoss, Omron, Mitsu, Schenider, Nidec, Lenze, Invertek

• Nice to have Understanding of UL, CE, TUV, Safety and Networks (E/IP, ECAT, PROFINET, etc).

Additional Job Details

• Salary Range: $120000 - $160,000 (Plus 10-15% bonus)

• 401k Match 50% of 10% employee contribution

• Location: Raleigh, NC
