Your strategic recommendations will shape both existing products and the development of new ones, as well as influence service and process enhancements.

What You'll Bring:

  • A minimum of 10 years in product strategy or product management, with proven expertise in developing market-backed strategies driven by Voice of the Customer (VOC).
  • Hands-on experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) product development and marketing, particularly within Business-to-Business environments.
  • A strong record of creating innovative, data-driven products that deliver tangible business outcomes for marketers and their partners.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional product teams in an Agile environment, including experience executing effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior executive stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset characterized by accountability, ownership, and a passion for solving complex customer challenges.
  • Proficiency in the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and familiarity with agile tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and executive reporting.
  • Strong Program and project management skills to drive cross-functional initiatives.

Impact You'll Make:

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and execute a product vision that aligns with market needs and our broader platform strategy.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to integrate consumer insights with our audiences and measurement products.

Lifecycle Management:

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and development to launch and iterative improvement—ensuring each phase meets strategic and customer requirements.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Collaborate closely with teams across product, design, technology, operations, go-to-market, marketing, and delivery to drive execution.
  • Act as a subject matter expert by synthesizing internal feedback, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to shape product enhancements and new features.

Strategic Communication:

  • Develop compelling presentations and executive-level communications that effectively articulate product vision, performance, and market opportunities.
  • Influence service and process enhancements based on data-driven insights and industry best practices.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
