Job summary

JustMarkets seeks a deeply technical Product Manager for the Trading Core, focusing on building the technology backbone powering CFD and Crypto markets. You will drive the roadmaps for infra, liquidity, risk, and pricing infra and partner with engineers and quants to translate complex concepts into robust backend systems.

You’ll craft edge-case PRDs, manage cross-domain dependencies, and ensure resilience through stress testing and real-time monitoring. Remote work opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a highly technical backend role within crypto, CFD, prop trading, or HFT.
• Deep knowledge of market microstructure, order matching, liquidity aggregation, FIX API, and bridging tech.
• Strong understanding of financial risk: margin, liquidation, VaR, and A/B/C-book models.
• Solid foundation in complex system architectures, bare-metal infra, and low-latency design.
• Experience defining complex fee engines, rebates, and financial reconciliation processes.
• Analytical rigor with a data-driven approach to solving complex financial logic.
• Ability to translate quants' concepts into clear PRDs for engineers.

Responsibilities

• Define roadmaps for Infra & Liquidity, Risk Tech, and Commerce Tech domains with Engineering Directors and Quants.
• Write highly detailed PRDs for backend systems covering edge-case-heavy logic (e.g., cross-margin liquidations).
• Collaborate with Risk Management and Dealing to monitor exposure and combat toxic trading in real-time.
• Oversee stress tests and historical analytics to ensure core infrastructure handles extreme events.
