Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • MBA (STEM preferred) from a top-tier program.
  • 4+ years of technical product management or platform product experience with AI/ML, intelligent automation, or cloud systems.
  • Proven experience driving strategy, building roadmaps and launching products at scale.
  • Experience in launching AI platforms or intelligent automation solutions for large enterprises or internal developer ecosystems.
  • Strong leadership, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Mastery of Agile delivery methodologies and digital product management.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Manager - Technology to lead the strategy and execution of AI platform capabilities that power intelligent automation at scale. In this role, you will define product vision, shape technical roadmaps, and partner with engineering and data science teams to deliver high-impact, globally scalable platform solutions. Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

Product Strategy & Vision - Define and deliver a future-ready product strategy that embeds AI, cloud, and intelligent automation into core technology platforms. Shape long‑term product direction to accelerate business growth and digital transformation.
Platform Development at Scale – Lead the design and delivery of AI/ML platform capabilities, governance frameworks, and automation tools that reduce operational overhead, increase reliability, and unlock self‑serve intelligence. Partner closely with engineering to translate business needs into scalable technical architectures.
Strategic Roadmap & Alignment - Translate strategic objectives into impact-driven product roadmaps, prioritizing high‑leverage initiatives. Align cross‑functional stakeholders across Technology, Operations, and Business to enable coordinated global execution.
Agile, Intelligent Execution – Drive agile product delivery focused on scalability, resilience, and AI-powered user experiences. Foster rapid iteration, experimentation, and continuous learning to accelerate value realization.
Change Leadership & Adoption – Champion enterprise‑wide AI adoption and change management, ensuring new systems, workflows, and platforms are embraced at scale. Enable teams through clear guidance, training, and structured governance.
Measurement & Continuous Growth – Define and track success metrics that quantify business impact, digital maturity, and platform adaptability. Continuously refine strategy to stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and evolving business needs.

Human‑Centered AI Design – Builds intuitive, trustworthy, and explainable AI systems that solve real user pain points, drive adoption, and reduce friction across technical and non‑technical teams.
AI‑Native Insight – Demonstrates a deep understanding of how AI, finance, and operations intersect in platform and commerce workflows. Translate complex AI capabilities into scalable, business‑aligned solutions.
Data‑Driven Product Decisions – Leverages experimentation, model performance metrics, and telemetry to prioritize roadmap investments and quantify enterprise impact.
Intelligent Problem Solving – Anticipates data, model, and operational challenges before they arise. Frames problems clearly, apply structured reasoning, and deliver AI‑powered solutions with measurable ROI.
Strategic AI Execution – Aligns AI product strategy and platform investments with company goals. Defines success metrics, ensures responsible AI governance, and drives results at scale.
Cross‑Functional Leadership – Partners seamlessly with engineering, data science, product, and business stakeholders to operationalize AI solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business value.
Adaptive & Experimental – Embraces rapid iteration, model tuning, and evolving AI architectures. Thrives in ambiguity, continuously learning and adapting as AI capabilities scale.

Skills and Minimum Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • MBA (STEM preferred) from a top-tier program
  • 4+ years of experience in technical product management or platform product roles with a focus on AI/ML, intelligent automation, or cloud systems.
  • Proven experience driving strategy, building roadmaps and launching products at scale.
  • Experience in launching AI platforms or intelligent automation solutions for large enterprises or internal developer ecosystems.
  • Strong leadership, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Mastery of Agile delivery methodologies and digital product management.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Strong appetite to innovate and lead with speed and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
  • Good understanding of modern digital architecture and disruptive technologies like Simulation Engineering, cloud computing, Augmented reality, and A.I. Capabilities.
  • Experience with intelligent automation, data science, or AI/ML in enterprise applications.
