Job Title: Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will craft our product management practices, encourage innovation, and deliver customer-focused products. You should have a solid understanding of business constraints, build deep knowledge of users, analyze engagement data, and track industry trends and competition.

Responsibilities
  1. Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and objectives with leadership.
  2. Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and analyze industry trends for product innovation.
  3. Use customer-centric methodologies to identify problems and validate solutions.
  4. Prototype, test, and iterate product concepts to ensure market fit.
  5. Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business and customer needs.
  6. Prioritize features and plan releases in collaboration with engineering and design teams.
  7. Embrace agile methodologies for continuous improvement and rapid delivery.
  8. Work closely with engineering to define user stories and ensure quality releases.
  9. Coordinate with sales and marketing for go-to-market strategies and product messaging.
  10. Support product launches and drive adoption.
  11. Monitor performance, analyze metrics, and gather user feedback for ongoing improvements.
  12. Conduct post-release reviews and A/B testing to guide future enhancements.
Skills and Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  2. Understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques.
  3. At least 2 years experience working on technology-powered products in roles such as product manager, designer, engineer, data analyst, or researcher.
  4. Ability to learn multiple business functions like engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing.
  5. Problem-solving skills with sound judgment, risk assessment, and data-informed decision making.
  6. Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and leadership.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $77,100 - $100,000 USD, with individual pay varying based on experience, qualifications, and location. Sales roles may include additional incentives. Learn more about our Total Rewards.
