Achieving sustainability goals is a central concern for CERATIZIT. Within Product Management, we focus on developing sustainable product strategies, defining and implementing sustainability goals for our entire product portfolio.

Your tasks

• Aligning product development with environmental regulations and corporate sustainability goals and tracking sustainability KPIs.

• Analysing the environmental impact of a product from design to disposal and promoting circular economy principles like reuse, recycling, and remanufacturing.

• Collaborating with R&D, senior product management, and marketing teams to integrate sustainability into product decisions, and developing training and educational measures to support sales and increase overall knowledge.

• Research and propose eco-friendly materials and technologies (e.g. packaging, transportation) and encourage innovation in packaging, energy efficiency, and waste reduction.

• Communicate sustainability efforts to customers and internal teams.

Your Profil:

• Completed studies in a relevant field (e.g. environmental sciences, engineering, business administration) or comparable degree.

• Several years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on sustainability and circular economy.

• Strong analytical skills and experience in dealing with sustainability metrics and tools.

• Practical experience in developing and implementing product strategies and strong analytical skills to evaluate market opportunities and competition trends.

• Very good English skills and willingness to travel frequently.
