Job summary

Heliux Inc. is seeking a VP of Engineering to drive the technical direction and build a high-performance engineering organization for AI-driven manufacturing software.

You will own the technical roadmap and recruit, mentor, and scale engineers while shipping production-grade platforms for customers in critical industries. You will lead architecture across core and deployment platforms, collaborate closely with the CEO, and personally contribute to robust, reliable code.

Qualifications

• Proven experience personally building complex, scalable software systems from zero-to-one—production-grade solution.
• Proven experience building and leading high-performance engineering organizations: attracting talent and scaling teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and evangelize the company’s technical vision, strategy, and applied AI roadmap.
• Build a world-class engineering organization and operation.
• Architect both Heliux’s core operating platform and its customer deployment platform.
• Personally ship production code that sets a standard of engineering excellence for the organization.
