We are seeking a Product Manager focused on subscription products and repeat purchases to join our team. You will own the roadmap for subscription and repeat purchase features that drive customer loyalty and recurring revenue for our merchants. You’ll define the strategy, ensure strategic development and implementation of subscription features, and work cross-functionally to build the future of subscription commerce on SHOPLINE. This position is remote within the U.S., offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, global team environment.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead the product roadmap for subscription and repeat purchase features – define the vision, strategy, and goals for this product area.
- Drive the development and implementation of subscription-related capabilities (subscription management, automated re-ordering, recurring billing), working closely with engineering, design, and business teams.
- Conduct market and user research to gather merchant feedback and uncover opportunities to enhance subscription offerings and encourage repeat purchases.
- Collaborate with payments teams and external partners to integrate seamless and secure recurring billing and checkout experiences.
- Monitor and analyze product metrics (subscription adoption, retention/churn rates, repeat purchase frequency, etc.) to measure success and inform ongoing improvements.
- Align with business goals: ensure subscription and repeat purchase initiatives support overall product strategy and help our merchants increase customer lifetime value and loyalty.
- Act as the internal champion for recurring revenue products, regularly communicating plans, progress, and insights to stakeholders and leadership.
Whom We Are Looking For:
- 4+ years of product management experience in software or SaaS, with a track record of delivering products or major features from concept to launch (experience in e-commerce or B2B SaaS is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Domain knowledge: familiarity with e-commerce platforms, online payment gateways, and subscription-based business models is highly preferred.
- Analytical mindset: strong data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to analyze usage metrics and customer feedback to drive product improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills – able to translate customer needs into clear product requirements and work effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
- User-focused & passionate: enthusiastic about understanding merchant and end-customer needs, with a passion for creating products that enhance customer loyalty and merchant success.
- Agile and proactive: self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment. Willingness to collaborate with a global team across multiple time zones.
