Customer Obsession: Passion for understanding and solving the challenges faced by developers and DevOps engineers.
Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, drive consensus, and communicate a compelling product vision.
AI & Innovation Mindset: Excitement for how AI and machine learning are transforming cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Responsibilities

Drive Product Development: Partner with engineering to design, build, and launch features that enhance CI/CD pipelines, observability, and deployment workflows for OCI customers and internal teams.
Champion the DevOps Persona: Engage with customers, developers, and DevOps engineers to gather insights, validate requirements, and ensure our services delight users.
Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and support teams to drive adoption and success of OCI DevOps offerings.
Shape Internal Tools: Lead the development of internal services used by OCI to build and deploy its own cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability and scalability.
