Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Product Manager for Electronic Shelf Labels to own the storeLink ESL roadmap, prioritize features based on customer evidence and portfolio economics, and drive pilots toward enterprise-wide rollouts while reducing labor in store workflows.

You will lead discovery with engineering and UX, collaborate with sales, operations, legal, and hardware teams, design tests with clear criteria, and build pricing models.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management for ESL or related hardware/software products.
• Experience building unit economics and business cases for retail tech.
• Proven ability to kill or pivot initiatives based on data and stakeholder input.
• Practical use of AI in workflows, with ML/LLM shipping experience preferred.
• Deep knowledge of retail operations, pricing, POS integration, and planogram management.

Responsibilities

• Own the storeLink ESL roadmap and unit economics, evaluating retailer requests against portfolio value.
• Lead pilot design with explicit success criteria and kill dates, pivot when data requires.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, legal, and hardware teams to influence roadmap and pricing.
• Build strong retailer relationships from pilot to long-term deployment, reducing labor via ESL solutions.
