Job description

About the Role

Product management here at Envoy is the most critical role in ensuring customers and their end‑users love the products they use. Every decision directly affects tens of thousands of workplaces worldwide and their millions of occupants. The goal is to deliver operational efficiency, data‑driven insights, and safety across many enterprises. You will own and evolve the Workplace platform, which drives day‑to‑day operations such as desk, room, parking reservation, deliveries, space, move, and event management.

We are a small, nimble product team approaching fast growth. This role focuses on product line ownership, but as the team expands you will help shape leadership structures and promote internal growth.

This is a full‑time, five‑day on‑site role in San Francisco. You will help us build a workplace company that thrives in‐office. We offer relocation support and visa assistance if needed.

As a baseline, you will need
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B with enterprise exposure and 0‑1 product building experience.
  • An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative field.
In this role, you will
  • Own the vision, roadmap, strategy, and execution of your product line.
  • Launch products and ultimately be responsible for their success metrics and product outcomes.
  • Maintain high quality and urgency, overcoming challenges to meet goals.
  • Serve as the primary interlocutor for customer feedback, sales, success, and cross‑functional teams, and make data‑driven decisions that rally support.
  • Engage customers during beta and high‑iteration periods, and run internal dog‑fooding initiatives.
  • Communicate the product vision internally to engineers, designers, and the broader company, inspiring ownership and creativity.
  • Manage pricing and packaging, and ensure effective sales training for your products.
  • Bring your existing product processes and help elevate organization‑wide execution.
  • Operate flexibly in an environment where roles evolve over time.
Your values
  • Passion for workplaces and strong end‑user intuition; you build products you’d use daily.
  • Thriving in ambiguous, low‑guidance environments; you own success and failure.
  • High bar for quality and user experience, especially in enterprise software.
  • Data‑driven mindset, using numbers to persuade and set metrics.
  • Impatience, expecting faster outcomes than typical cycles.
  • High empathy, humility, lifelong learning, and belief that everyone should embody these traits.
  • Enthusiastic about new AI tooling, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Advocate for in‑office collaboration as the best way to solve problems.
  • Seek a like‑minded team and culture, remaining when values align.
