XTB, a global investment company, is hiring a Product Manager to shape the product vision, define KPIs, and translate strategy into concrete tasks for the development team. You will validate client needs through research and monitor satisfaction.

You will lead cross‑functional collaboration with legal, risk, marketing and technical teams, and partner with the Engineering Team Lead to ensure successful product launches. This role emphasizes fintech experience and openness to AI‑driven tools.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in investing and financial markets.
• Understand regulated markets, particularly equities.
• Product management experience, fintech a plus.
• Comfort with AI-based tools and tech trends.
• Experience in defining business requirements and PRDs.
