Job summary

Astec is seeking a Product Manager, Signal - Mobile Equipment to own the product strategy and roadmap for the Signal platform across Astec's mobile equipment lineup. You will work with engineering, design, and field teams to deliver a unified digital experience that improves uptime, productivity, and cost outcomes.

You will drive adoption, validate features with alpha/beta customers, and develop business cases for investments.

Qualifications

• Experience in product ownership or management for industrial software or connected equipment.
• Ability to interpret telemetry, usage analytics, and platform performance metrics.
• Strong collaboration across engineering, design, commercial, and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Signal Mobile Equipment product roadmap and drive measurable customer outcomes.
• Drive adoption across the installed base of Astec mobile equipment and migrate legacy customers to Signal.
• Integrate Signal with machine controls and ensure a cohesive digital experience across product lines.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and report mobile equipment metrics and progress.
• Develop business cases and present ROI analyses for product investments.
