Job description

Cognizant is seeking a Product Manager - Software Defined Networking to oversee, track, and deliver product development activities related to managed services offerings for SDN, Network Virtualization, and SDN on Multicloud platforms.

Location

Irving, TX; Ashburn, VA; Denver, CO; New Jersey. Open to remote candidates under certain conditions.

Responsibilities

1. Manage, track, and deliver product development activities for SDN, Network Virtualization, and Multicloud SDN services.
2. Focus on API-driven automation to enable operations for SDN products, including process tracking and improvements, as well as customer interactions.
3. Collaborate within an Agile framework with engineering, operations, sales, legal, finance, regulatory, security, IT, network systems, marketing, external vendors, and customer-facing teams.
4. Evaluate industry innovations to identify suitable tools to fill gaps in the product portfolio.
5. Author collateral and presentations to communicate product capabilities to internal and external stakeholders.
6. Take ownership and accountability for the quality of all deliverables and successful product launches.
7. Manage multiple product tracks simultaneously with proper planning and milestone tracking.
8. Preferably have product management experience with leading vendors in the managed SD-LAN market, such as Juniper MIST or Cisco Meraki.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranges from $104K to $140K, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program based on performance.
