Join to apply for the Product Manager- SaaS Platforms role at NetCom Learning.
Role Overview
We are hiring a USA-based Product Manager to take full ownership of the vision, execution, and growth of our two core platforms: Proctoring 365 and CERTs 365, as well as related learner-facing applications. This is a senior, high-impact role with cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, operations, sales, content, and marketing.
You will work closely with the General Manager to shape the product roadmap and execute on business-critical priorities. Your job is to ensure the platforms meet the highest standards of security, scalability, usability, and learner success, while helping AI CERTs maintain a competitive edge in the fast-growing AI certification and proctoring landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Product Leadership
- Define and evolve the product strategy across certification delivery and secure proctoring.
- Balance customer needs, compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 17024), and platform scalability.
- Lead product discovery and roadmap alignment with the GM and leadership team.
- Platform Ownership & Execution
- Own the complete product lifecycle – from requirement gathering and backlog grooming to go-live and continuous optimization.
- Work directly with engineering teams to manage sprint cycles, tech specs, QA, release plans, and documentation.
- Manage technical debt, architectural needs, and long-term scalability across mobile and web environments.
- Integration & Ecosystem Growth
- Deliver plug-and-play integrations with leading LMS, CRM, payment, and identity systems (Moodle, Canvas, Salesforce, Stripe, etc.).
- Develop use cases and workflows for ATPs, universities, enterprises, and end learners using CERTs 365 and Proctoring 365.
- Compliance, Security & Performance
- Ensure the platform meets global security, privacy, and exam-compliance standards.
- Design and enforce workflows for audit logging, candidate behavior monitoring, AI-based exam flagging, and escalation protocols.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the central node between tech, marketing, business, and external partners.
- Prepare updates and recommendations for the General Manager with detailed impact analysis.
- Work with support and sales to identify pain points, bugs, and feature requests.
- Metrics & Optimization
- Define and measure KPIs like candidate dropout rate, exam integrity alerts, time-to-launch for partners, SLA adherence, platform uptime, and NPS.
- Run A/B tests and feature experiments to iteratively improve UX and feature adoption.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a USA-based candidate.
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS product management, preferably in EdTech, exam delivery, or compliance-heavy platforms.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum and backlog management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Notion).
- Experience owning API-driven products or platforms that require third-party integrations.
- Strong skills in product storytelling, cross-functional communication, and stakeholder alignment.
- Proven experience working with security-first applications or regulated environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of ISO 17024, NIST standards, or ADA-compliant design for digital testing environments.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled features such as facial recognition, behavior detection, or secure browser integration.
- Experience supporting a global user base (multi-timezone, multi-language, high concurrency).
What We Offer
- Remote-first, high-impact role in a mission-driven organization.
- Full ownership of flagship platforms shaping the future of AI certification.
- Competitive base salary with performance-based equity/bonuses.
- Collaborative culture that supports innovation and accountability.
- Fast growth path with C-level visibility and decision-making power.
