Job summary

Harvest Group is seeking a Product Manager in the Rogers, AR or Cincinnati, OH area to own the strategy and execution for a technology product. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of product management or related experience shipping software, ideally in B2B, enterprise SaaS, internal tools, or professional services environments.
• Experience owning a product through its lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, delivery, and measurement.
• Experience conducting user discovery and translating insights into product opportunities and decisions.
• Strong data fluency: defining success metrics, analyzing product performance, and using data to inform decisions.
• Technical fluency and ability to partner with engineering on feasibility, trade-offs, and security considerations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to frame problems, document products, and communicate with diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and align across engineering, business stakeholders, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for a product domain, prioritizing opportunities based on user insights, business priorities, and client needs.
• Lead product discovery to understand teams' workflows, identify meaningful problems, and validate opportunities before committing to solutions.
• Define and track product success measures, using data and user feedback to inform direction.
• Partner with engineering throughout discovery and delivery to develop, test, and iteratively deploy solutions.
• Create clear product documentation, including discovery findings, product briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate across client service, engineering, marketing, and leadership to align on direction, priorities, milestones, and launch plans.
• Communicate progress, roadmap changes, trade-offs, and delivery expectations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Connect product direction to Harvest Group’s broader service strategy with leadership.
• Identify opportunities where AI and automation can create meaningful value.
