We pride ourselves on responsiveness, adaptability, and deep customer partnerships — and we’re looking for a Product Manager to help shape the next generation of EiKO’s product offerings.

About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining, launching, and managing products throughout their lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure our solutions meet customer needs, achieve business goals, and strengthen EiKO’s market leadership.

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company strategy and market opportunities.
  • Identify market gaps, customer pain points, and emerging trends to inform product direction.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact and customer value.
Product Development & Lifecycle Management
  • Drive product development from concept through commercialization and lifecycle optimization.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality.
  • Manage product lifecycle decisions, including updates, phase-outs, and replacements.
Go-to-Market & Launch Execution
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to plan and execute product launches.
  • Define value propositions, pricing, and positioning strategies.
  • Support creation of sales enablement materials and training for internal teams and channel partners.
  • Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to guide product improvements and roadmap decisions.
  • Analyze product performance, usage data, and competitive positioning to drive continuous improvement.
  • Translate insights into actionable product requirements and feature enhancements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to establish shared priorities and facilitate efficient product delivery.
  • Communicate product updates, performance metrics, and upcoming initiatives across teams.

  • Product vitality, revenue growth, and market share expansion
  • Launch success and adoption metrics

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 6-12 years of experience in product management or a related role
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, go-to-market planning, and cross-functional coordination
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with a bias for action and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Experience in B2B, industrial, or lighting/electrical products preferred
  • On-site position — based at our Kansas location.
  • Standard schedule: Must be available during USA Central Time business hours.
  • Occasional travel may be required within the U.S. and internationally to manage supplier relationships, meet customers, and attend industry events.
