ATPCO is the world’s primary source for air fare content, and the Product Manager defines the strategic vision and roadmap, guiding cross‑functional teams from concept to release with agile, customer‑centric practices. • Define product features and align them with the overall product strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with engineering, Marketing, and Strategy.
• Plan and execute product releases and manage dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Define product features and align them with the overall product strategy. Establish and evolve the product roadmap, prioritizing features that deliver business value.
• Oversee the creation of new features, balancing customer needs with budget and technical constraints. Work closely with engineering to ensure technical specifications meet the desired user experience.
• Use in-depth industry knowledge, customer relationships, and market research to inform product decisions and enhancements.
• Lead collaboration across teams (Product, Commercial, Marketing, and Strategy) throughout the product lifecycle, driving continuous improvement and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Plan and execute product releases, ensuring timely delivery while managing cross-product dependencies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive product adoption, meet key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver customer value.
• Foster an agile, customer-centric team culture focused on problem-solving and fast delivery. Inspire continuous learning and development within the team.
