Job Summary

The Product Manager is responsible for leading the lifecycle of assigned products and services. Incumbent will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, design and engineering teams to define product vision and requirements that deliver innovative solutions that meet market needs and drive business growth.

Job Roles And Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product and service.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle -- from ideation to launch and iteration.
  • Gather and prioritize customer and stakeholder requirements. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Translate business objectives into clear product requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, legal, pricing and finance, operations, growth (sales and customer success), product owners, and engineering to coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies, delivering high-impact products.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to iterate based on insights and improve products.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Plays the role of a market & strategy expert for the designated product or products
  • Provide support to other Company departments as required, to ensure that all processes, documentation, communication, training, administrative, operational and technical support functions are in place prior to product release.
  • Write product/service specifications and document associated policies, procedures and business rules.
  • Contribute to the development of effective marketing and communications plans and analyses, as well as initial customer proposals that promote Company products.
  • Use project management skills to assist with or lead corporate-level strategic projects that enhance the position of the Company in the marketplace.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPPA regulations and requirements.
  • Demonstrate commitment to the Company's core values.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners in defining vision, aligning roadmaps, and driving product execution. Bridge business goals with technical delivery to ensure impactful outcomes.
  • Able to create business process maps or swim-lane diagrams that depict “as-is” and “to-be” states, highlighting cross-product dependencies and reusable components.
  • Quickly grasp how changes in one subsystem impact the broader product ecosystem and customer experience.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree with preferred major in business or healthcare; or 4 years experience related to healthcare management, marketing, and/or sales
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a product management or related role preferred
  • Significant knowledge of the strategic and technical aspects of the Company's products
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to drive execution cross functionally across the organization. Demonstrated leadership qualities and requisite people skills for forging relationships and driving buy-in to affect the development and launch of new products in accordance with timelines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions, in support of cost-benefit analysis and financial business case
  • Experience with product management tools preferred (e.g. AHA!, Confluence, Miro, JIRA)
  • Ability to facilitate trainings, workshops, and learning sessions across the organization.
  • Ability to create, maintain, update and adhere to product strategy & roadmaps for one or more designated products.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business, technical, legal, or financial reports and documents
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, and technical product specifications/documentation.
  • Ability to use software, hardware, and peripherals related to job responsibilities, including MS Office
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to adhere to corporate work ethic standards.
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $115-130K. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
