Product Manager

ECP is a market-leading SaaS software solution that enables senior living communities to better care for their residents. ECP is used in over 7,500 communities around the world. We're looking to further expand by increasing the number of customers that use our software and increasing the scope of how we serve our customers by developing and releasing new products.

We're seeking an experienced product manager eager to make an impact at a fast-growing 85-person company. This role reports to our VP of Product.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the continued development of existing products
• Own the success of assigned projects and products, addressing customer pain points and meeting business objectives
• Become an expert on the product, customer, business, market, and industry
• Analyze data and metrics to inform product decisions
• Collaborate with the product team (product, engineering, design, marketing) to execute planning, discovery, development, and launch
• Act as an Agile Product Owner: communicate product vision, prioritize backlog, write requirements, participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience at a SaaS company
• A relevant degree or background (e.g., business, design, engineering, health/long-term care leadership)
• Strategic and critical thinking skills
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate insights into product development
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
