We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team in the programmatic advertising space, focusing on the political and advocacy sector. The role involves working at the intersection of technology, user experience, and campaign strategy to deliver data-driven ad products for political campaigns, consultants, and advocacy groups. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify user pain points, support existing products, and implement improvements to enhance customer experience. This position is suitable for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and aims to influence digital tools used by major political organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire lifecycle of customer-facing product features, from concept to launch, including creating user stories, use-case scenarios, and user flows.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with UX, engineering, sales, and other product managers.
- Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and design specifications, utilizing AI tools to improve communication and clarity.
- Rapidly prototype MVPs using low-code and AI-driven platforms to test ideas and gather feedback quickly.
- Evaluate and test emerging AI technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Vercel, Lovable) to enhance workflows, automate tasks, and develop innovative product solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize user feedback, especially from political clients, to guide feature development and product roadmap planning.
- Support users through onboarding, training, and ongoing inquiries, acting as a bridge between technical teams and political users.
- Work with cross-functional teams to assess product impacts, manage dependencies, and make strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Product Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of product management experience, including launching complete product features.
- 1-3 years of experience in ad-tech, including digital campaign management or product roles.
- Ability to translate product ideas into clear requirements for engineering teams.
- Understanding of UX principles, wireframing, user flows, and A/B testing.
- Experience building intuitive, data-centric products with clean interfaces.
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and hands-on experience with AI tools for documentation, support, or experimentation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in prioritization and feature planning.
- Passion for customer engagement and experience incorporating user feedback into product improvements.
