Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a seasoned Privacy leader in the United States to own consent management across web, mobile, and connected TV, reporting to the VP of Product. You will helm the FastCMP roadmap and work with cross-functional teams to ensure privacy by design.

In this role, you will translate complex regulations into actionable product specs, maintain compliance checklists, and drive monetization strategies that balance mandatory requirements with industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in privacy, consent management or ad tech.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, ePrivacy, CCPA and US state privacy laws.
• Fluent in English and French; skilled in SQL and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the FastCMP consent signal engine roadmap covering IAB TCF, GPP, GPC, and Google Consent Mode.
• Translate legislation into product specifications and maintain compliance checklists for all products.
• Drive privacy-compliant monetization by distinguishing mandatory requirements from recommendations.

• Take ownership of privacy and consent management across digital advertising products including web, mobile, and connected TV.
• Lead the Privacy squad and report directly to the VP of Product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the FastCMP consent signal engine roadmap covering IAB TCF, GPP, GPC, and Google Consent Mode.
• Translate legislation into product specifications and maintain compliance checklists for all products.
• Drive privacy-compliant monetization by distinguishing mandatory requirements from recommendations.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in privacy, consent management platforms, or ad tech.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, ePrivacy, CCPA, and US state privacy laws.
• Fluent in English and French with SQL and data-driven decision-making skills.
