About The Role

We’re rebuilding the world’s largest online crypto poker platform from the ground up — and we’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the charge. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a high-traffic platform at the centre of the crypto gaming world.

Our existing poker platform is well-established but technically outdated in key areas. We’re investing heavily in improving performance, fairness, UX, and retention — by rebuilding critical components and modernising others — to become the go-to destination for online poker globally

As Product Manager, you’ll work closely with senior leadership, a dedicated Product Owner, UI designers and developers to shape and deliver a best-in-class poker experience. You’ll represent stakeholder priorities, shaping a clear and actionable roadmap that balances user experience with business goals.

What You’ll Do

• Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for the poker platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (POs, design, engineering, compliance, CRM, VIP, and marketing) to deliver core systems—including gameplay engine, game modes, cashier, lobby, tournaments, and back office
• Conduct competitor research, user discovery, and behavioural analytics to identify differentiators, key features, and growth opportunities
• Ensure technical and UX excellence — smooth, responsive gameplay is non-negotiable
• Act as the subject matter expert for poker and primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, translating business goals into product requirements with clear success metrics
• Optimise conversion flows (registration, deposit, onboarding) for maximum funnel performance
• Drive gamification features (missions, achievements, progression systems) aligned with poker behaviour
• Own A/B testing and experimentation to validate hypotheses and improve KPIs
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders and execs
• Be the voice of the user while balancing business priorities and tech constraints
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of product management experience in online poker, iGaming, or crypto gaming.
• Deep understanding of poker mechanics, player behaviour, and competitive dynamics
• Strong commercial instincts — you prioritise work that drives business outcomes
• Experience leading rebuilds or 0→1 product development in gaming or fintech
• Familiar with project tools like Jira, Figma, and product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Tableau
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote-first environments
• Bonus: Experience with RNG auditing, or crypto payments
