Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager/Owner with PIM or master data platforms.
• Experience owning a PIM platform with attributes, taxonomy, enrichment, workflows, and downstream syndication.
• Strong understanding of product data quality, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Experience developing and managing product roadmaps and backlogs.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with software engineering teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear product requirements and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the PIM domain.
• Partner closely with engineering on day-to-day execution of the PIM roadmap.
• Define and prioritize product enhancements based on business needs and feasibility.
• Manage product information capabilities including: attributes and specifications, taxonomy and classification, enrichment workflows, governance, data quality, and downstream syndication.
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, engineering, sales, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and prioritize initiatives.
• Translate business challenges into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
• Maintain and prioritize the backlog in alignment with the roadmap.
• Work with engineering and QA throughout development, testing, and release cycles.
• Establish and monitor product data quality standards and identify improvement opportunities.
• Understand downstream impact on search, finders, configuration, submittals, digital catalogs.
