The role blends entrepreneurial ownership with deep customer engagement, shaping catalogs, literature, and campaigns while guiding launches from concept to post‑sales support.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, marketing, sales, or related discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of product experience in customer focused, product related industry preferred.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, forecasting, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify market opportunities and drive product strategy across assigned segments.
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, marketing, sales, quality and purchasing.
• Define requirements and guide new product launches from concept through post‑sales support.
• Analyze markets to set pricing structures and support custom product feasibility.
• Forecast sales and manage inventory to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize stockouts.
• Develop and monitor segment goals tied to ROI and strategic importance.
• Train front-line teams and improve customer service quality.
• Manage product lifecycle including phase-in/out and warranty trends.
