About the role:

The Nuclear Company is seeking a highly motivated and innovative Product Manager to lead the vision, development roadmap, and feature prioritization for our cutting-edge "Nuclear OS" platform. This critical role will be responsible for driving the successful development and market adoption of this transformative technology within the nuclear energy industry. This role will report into the SVP, Technology.

Responsibilities:

  1. Define the product roadmap, ensuring Nuclear OS delivers high-value automation and AI-driven insights.
  2. Manage stakeholder requirements from nuclear project managers, regulatory agencies, and supply chain partners.
  3. Lead agile development processes, working with the engineering team to prioritize core functionalities.
  4. Develop user adoption strategies, ensuring Nuclear OS integrates seamlessly into existing nuclear workflows.
  5. Act as the liaison between engineering, business, and regulatory teams.

Experience and Education:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  2. 6+ years of experience in product management, ideally in the software or technology industry.
  3. Proven experience in bringing successful products to market.
  4. Strong understanding of the nuclear energy industry and its regulatory landscape is highly preferred.

  2. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus.

Estimated Starting Salary Range:

The estimated starting salary range for this role is $150,000 - $173,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
