Qualifications

• 5-10 years of product management experience
• Strong UX sensibility: articulate design decisions, interaction patterns, and user mental models
• Trust in Autonomy: understand building trust between skeptical users and AI Agents
• B2B product experience: understands enterprise/professional users and complex workflows
• Customer research skills: passionate about spending time with users and translating needs into products
• Collaboration product expertise: built features for Notion, Miro, Figma, Coda, Airtable, Linear or similar multi-user tools
• San Francisco based: in SF Bay Area or ready to relocate immediately
• Team player: excited to partner with the PM who owns construction domain and tech architecture

Responsibilities

• Define collaboration feature roadmap and prioritize user workflows
• Design multi-user preconstruction workflows for team-based work
• Create intuitive interfaces for analyzing 300-page tender documents together
• Build real-time collaboration features for document sharing, commenting, and coordination
• Establish interaction patterns that simplify complex workflows
• Lead customer research with construction estimators
• Translate construction needs into concrete product requirements
• Partner with clients on adoption and feature validation
• Drive adoption through better UX and collaborative features
• Measure and optimize collaboration effectiveness
