Notion is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to drive awareness of new features and turn activation into lasting adoption. You’ll craft sharp narratives, partner with Product from development through go-to-market, and coordinate across Marketing and GTM to land major launches.
Based in San Francisco or New York, the role blends strategic storytelling with hands-on execution, including release communications, webinars, and sales enablement.
Notion's engineering and product teams are shipping faster than ever, which means there's more for customers to discover, understand, and adopt than ever before. We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive awareness of new Notion features and capabilities, and to run the programs that turn early activation into lasting adoption. You're a messaging master with a genuine point of view — someone who can build narratives sharp and specific enough to cut through an increasingly noisy market — and a strategic partner to Product from early development all the way through go‑to‑market.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
