You will coordinate with manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and marketing to ensure successful product delivery, conduct market research, and support continuous improvement across the product portfolio. Location is on-site in Tipton, Pennsylvania.

• Assist the Director of Product Portfolio Strategy in driving product development and business planning.
• Execute product maintenance activities including design changes and updates.
• Coordinate handoffs to manufacturing, quality, sourcing and other teams.
• Serve as a point of contact for project-related questions and updates.
• Participate in product testing, validation and photoshoots.
• Investigate quality concerns and corrective actions.
• Attend trade shows and customer visits to gather market insights.
• Support competitive reviews and portfolio analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
