Gator Co. in Tampa, FL is seeking a Product Manager to bridge customers, design, engineering, marketing, and sales—from concept to launch and beyond.

You will define the product vision, features, and requirements to exceed customer expectations and drive growth while guiding cross-functional teams through the lifecycle. The role requires 5+ years in the MI industry, with deep knowledge of competitive landscapes and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the MI industry with knowledge across major categories including pro audio and video.
• Proven expertise in managing the full product lifecycle.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the competitive landscape and track competing product offerings.
• Proficiency with product management tools Wrike, Sage, Airtable and related pricing/database systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills with strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills including experience at trade shows and executive briefings.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and make decisions independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop product roadmaps and strategies, deliver ROI analyses, and prioritize features.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.
• Maintain knowledge of competitive landscape and offerings.
• Establish pricing strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Design and implement product marketing strategies and copy.
• Collaborate with sales to develop strategies and provide training/demos.
• Create launch plans with cross-functional teams and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor quality and ensure timely product arrival and replenishment.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver projects on time and budget.
• Present forecasts and performance analyses to support decisions.
