Job summary

Comcast is seeking a passionate Product Manager for the Multifamily team to own and grow a suite of digital experiences for Multifamily customers. This role requires balancing customer-centric perspectives with business goals and navigating complex stakeholder needs.

The ideal candidate has strong product and UX experience, with a proven ability to drive results in an Agile environment and deliver customer-focused digital experiences.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in product or UX/design roles.
• Experience in UX design, Agile software development, or curriculum design is preferred.
• Experience with B2B or B2C products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs through research, data, and insights.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, content, analytics, sales, and engineering teams across the product lifecycle.
• Craft a clear product vision and roadmap integrating stakeholder needs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to build the experience canvas and align on the solution landscape.
• Partner with engineering to deliver incremental experiences and manage the backlog.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure collaboration and alignment.
• Debrief and iterate based on feedback to improve the product.
