Job summary

Comcast is seeking a Product Manager for the Multifamily team to own and grow a suite of digital experiences for Multifamily customers. You will work at the intersection of experience, technology, and business, driving outcomes that delight customers while delivering business results.

You will partner with UX/UI, analytics, content, sales, and engineering to translate insights into compelling product outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with user experience design, Agile software development, and related product design activities is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; combination of coursework and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand customer needs.
• Leverage insights, analytics, and research to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Define the problem landscape, goals, tasks, and outcomes.
• Collaborate across UX/UI, content, analytics, sales, brand, engineers, and customer support.
• Form concrete intentions while leaving room for teams to innovate.
• Craft a clear product vision and roadmap.
• Blend stakeholder needs into the product narrative.
• Identify strategic paths delivering ongoing value toward the destination.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to build the experience canvas and harmonize solutions.
• Partner with engineering and stakeholders through Agile development to bring experiences to market.
• Own the backlog and drive incremental deliverables.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to foster collaboration and alignment.
• Regularly engage with colleagues to support and share learnings.
• Debrief and adapt processes to improve the product experience.
• Encourage learning and growth within the team.
