Job summary

Anova is seeking a Product Manager – Mobile Platform to drive discovery and delivery for the Unify platform. You will own the full product lifecycle, from customer research to shipping, adoption measurement, and iteration, with hands-on execution including specs and backlog management.

Work closely with engineering and design, leveraging AI tools to accelerate research and synthesize insights. This is a global role with a customer-centric focus and growth opportunities within Anova.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years as a Product Manager with area ownership.
• 6+ years total tech experience in product, software, or related fields.
• Proven track record taking a product from zero to adoption.
• Experience shipping SaaS/enterprise software with engineering teams.
• Experience conducting customer discovery interviews and turning insights into backlog items.
• Experience using AI/LLM tools in a PM context.
• Ability to write clear, structured specs and narratives.
• Comfort with technical trade-offs (APIs, data models).
• Data fluency: define metrics and analyze data in BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery programs and synthesize insights.
• Own backlog end-to-end with clear specs and acceptance criteria.
• Define success metrics and measure adoption post-release.
• Collaborate daily with engineering and design teams.
• Understand hardware–software integration in IIoT contexts.
• Create release notes and customer-facing materials.
• Support customers and surface patterns with feedback loops.
