Our members are integral to our product and all decisions should be made with them in mind. As a Product Manager, Member Experience, you will be responsible for Member Experience: end-to-end journey mapping, brand, outreach, engagement and digital strategy for Integrated DSNP. This role will help influence our multi-year strategy and delivery of an enhanced member and outreach experience. Use insights from the Voice of Customer to help influence product changes.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Understand the member demographics and profile for Integrated Medicaid / DSNP

  • Document end-to-end member experience and help build strategy to fill gaps in experience

  • Navigate and understand upcoming changes to Integrated DSNP in accordance with CMS and regulatory requirements

  • Act as member subject matter expert for Product Development team as they create overall consumer solutions

  • Use voice of consumer to identify actionable product changes and opportunities

  • Explore, build and foster relationships with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Operations, Clinical, Regulatory) to drive change and positively impact the member experience

  • Enhancements should lead to increased value of the program, competitive differentiation, and growing enrollment

  • Develop and deliver innovative member outreach to engage consumers to best fit their needs

Required Qualifications:



  • 4+ years Integrated DSNP

  • 4+ years healthcare / health plan or related experience

  • 4+ years member experience

  • 2+ years product development or management experience

  • Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint)

  • Proficiency with Miro

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely to leadership

  • Demonstrated ability to manage products, people and prioritize deliverables

  • Proven solid writing, presentation and speaking skills

  • Proven organizational skills with ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Healthcare industry experience

  • Solid attention to detail, initiative and self-motivation

  • Solid demonstrated ability to lead business initiatives to a successful result

  • Demonstrate leadership ability

  • Ability to effectively deal with moderate levels of ambiguity, can effectively cope with change, can shift gears comfortably, can decide and act without having the total picture, comfortably handles risk and uncertainty

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Effective formal presentation and facilitation skills in a variety of settings.

  • Solid analytical abilities, organization, and project / process management skills

  • Good problem solving, planning and decision-making skills. Accurately scopes out projects and sets objectives and goals

  • Ability to manage projects simultaneously and achieve goals

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
