Job summary

Webull Financial in Saint Petersburg, FL, is seeking a Product Manager to lead Market Data across retail and institutional channels, defining sourcing, packaging, pricing, and distribution strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 4 to 6+ years of relevant experience at a broker-dealer, retail trading platform, market data vendor, exchange, fintech, or similar financial tech provider.
• Understanding of display and non-display data policies, derived data rules, redistribution restrictions, and exchange audit processes.
• Experience building or managing market data entitlement systems, retail subscription workflows, usage reporting, surveillance controls, billing coordination, or vendor governance programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the market data roadmap across Webull's retail and institutional channels, including real-time, delayed, historical, reference, derived, and international data.
• Define how market data is sourced, packaged, priced, permissioned, and delivered across Webull platforms and institutional solutions.
• Partner with product, engineering, compliance, customer service, and legal to launch scalable, compliant market data capabilities.
• Manage exchange, vendor, aggregator, index provider, and data partner relationships, including onboarding, renewals, reviews, escalations, terms, and integrations.
• Maintain governance for licensing, entitlements, user classification, display and non-display usage, redistribution, reporting, audits, surveillance, and misuse remediation.
• Benchmark Webull's market data offering against competitors and identify opportunities to improve coverage, pricing, packaging, experience, and growth.

About The Role & Team

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Manager to lead Webull's Market Data product offering across both retail and institutional channels. This role will be responsible for defining, coordinating, and managing market data capabilities that support Webull's consumer-facing brokerage experience as well as its institutional business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market data products, exchange/vendor relationships, licensing models, entitlement controls, reporting obligations, retail user classification, product packaging and surveillance requirements.

The Product Manager will work closely with engineering, UIUX, compliance, legal, and market data vendors to ensure Webull's offering is competitive, scalable, compliant, and aligned with the needs of both the retail investors and institutional clients.

In This Role, You Will

The Skills You Bring

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 4 to 6+ years of relevant experience working at a broker-dealer, retail trading platform, market data vendor, exchange, fintech, institutional brokerage infrastructure provider, or similar financial technology business.
• Understanding of display and non-display data policies, derived data rules, redistribution restrictions, and exchange audit processes.
• Experience building or managing market data entitlement systems, retail subscription workflows, usage reporting, surveillance controls, billing coordination, or vendor governance programs.
• Familiarity with API-based market data distribution, retail trading platform data experiences, and institutional client workflows.
• Exposure to global market data requirements across U.S. and international markets.

This role is based in our St. Petersburg, FL Global HQ , where in-person collaboration fuels growth, mentorship, and innovation. At Webull, we're committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. The base salary range is $90,000-115,000 annually, plus a discretionary bonus and full benefits.
