Job summary

Qnity is seeking a Product Manager for Litho Function Marketing in Marlborough, MA. The PM will own the product-line P&L, guide pricing, and drive portfolio profitability while coordinating with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and R&D to deliver on strategic goals.

The role requires 5+ years in product management or technical marketing in chemicals, with a strong ability to read formulation data, manage launches, and work across global teams. Travel up to 20% is possible.

Qualifications

• Education (Minimum) B.Sc. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• MBA preferred; dual technical + business qualification highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Own gross margin, volume, and revenue targets for the assigned product line on a 12-month rolling basis.
• Execute the annual commercial plan (pricing, volume mix, customer targets) within the strategic framework.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver portfolio profitability improvements and ROI.
• Coordinate supply readiness and ensure manufacturing sites can meet short- to mid-term needs.
