Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Product Manager for Kinexys Liink to lead end‑to‑end product life cycle, shaping new offerings and delivering customer value. You will guide discovery, define requirements and APIs, track success metrics, and collaborate with engineering, risk, and external partners to ensure scalable, reliable solutions.

You will translate customer needs into strategic product roadmaps, driving initiatives from discovery to launch while maintaining high quality and client experiences

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Experience across payments, transaction banking, fintech, financial market infrastructure, or related financial services.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Proven experience leading the development of enterprise‑scale platform, network, API, or data products.

Responsibilities

• Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
• Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
• Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Build the framework and track the product’s key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• Lead the end‑to‑end product development lifecycle including discovery, requirements definition, design, build, testing, launch, and post‑launch optimization.
• Develop detailed product requirements, functional specifications, API requirements, and implementation plans.
• Ensure successful execution of complex cross‑functional initiatives involving engineering, operations, data, risk, legal, compliance, and external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement of development processes to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality, control, and reliability standards.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry standards across payments, digital assets, blockchain, and data exchange networks.
• Translate technical capabilities into customer value propositions and scalable product offerings.
• Participate in strategic industry workshops with key customers, data providers, and ecosystem partners.
