Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering products including blockchain platforms or infrastructure.
• Experience scaling institutional products from inception to commercialization.
• Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Ability to lead lifecycle activities from discovery to value management.

Responsibilities

• Drives product build for institutional digital asset infrastructure from concept through launch.
• Develops a product strategy and vision delivering customer value.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover solutions and integrate them into the roadmap.
• Owns and maintains a product backlog aligned to the roadmap and value proposition.
• Builds the framework and tracks key success metrics such as cost, features, risk posture, and reliability.
