Summary of Role As a Lifecycle PM at Palmetto, you will own the strategy, tooling, and experimentation that make every push, email, in‑app card, and SMS feel like a perfectly‑timed coach’s tip. You will map the end‑to‑end customer journey, build trigger logic and state machines, and leverage large language models (LLMs) to craft dynamic, personalized, and scalable customer communications. Reporting to the VP of Consumer Products, you’ll create internal triggers and habits that lift engagement, retention, and customer happiness.
