This role requires a strong analytical mindset, collaboration across engineers, data analysts, and risk officers, and the ability to deliver scalable, user-centric products through iterative delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 1 year of product management experience or related fields.
• Experience with agile delivery and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution and delivery of innovative technology products within the Legal Innovations & Product organization.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data analysts, risk officers, and legal specialists to define product specs and drive adoption.
• Conduct market and user research to identify emerging legal tech trends and efficiencies.
• Manage the product roadmap, prioritize backlogs, and trade off between business goals and technical feasibility.
• Partner with stakeholders to map legal/compliance needs and user journeys within enterprise workflows.
• Apply design-thinking to build intuitive products for legal team personas and processes.
• Lead a cross-functional pod to ensure iterative delivery each sprint.
