Capital Group is seeking a Product Manager Lead to advance our Digital Workplace and AI Enablement strategy in Southern California. You will partner with business teams to identify opportunities to improve how work gets done and lead delivery and adoption of Microsoft tools, including Copilot, to boost productivity and user experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of product management experience with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience mentoring teams and driving collaborative outcomes.
  • Curiosity about AI and applying tools like Microsoft Copilot to improve work.
  • Excellent organizational skills and data-informed decision making.
  • Deep experience with Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms, Copilot included.
  • Proven track record in guiding end-user adoption of new technologies.

I can succeed as a Product Manager Lead at Capital Group. As a Product Manager Lead you will advance our Digital Workplace and AI Enablement strategy. In this role, you will partner with business teams to identify opportunities to improve how work gets done, and lead the delivery and adoption of Microsoft tools, including Copilot, that enhance productivity and user experience. You will translate Digital Workplace strategy into actionable product plans and execution for the team, combining strong product management discipline, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will directly manage and develop a team of Product Managers, ensuring strong execution and impact.

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field
  • You have at least 6 years of experience in product management, including experience leading initiatives and developing others
  • You communicate clearly and effectively, and can influence both technical and business stakeholders
  • You have experience managing or mentoring individuals and driving team outcomes
  • You are intellectually curious about AI and motivated to apply tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve how work is done
  • You are organized, results-oriented, and comfortable managing complex initiatives end to end
  • You build strong relationships across a range of stakeholders and functions
  • You use data and insights to inform decisions and continuously improve outcomes
  • You have deep experience with Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms, especially Copilot
  • You have experience guiding end-user adoption of technology through effective change management practices and data-informed decision making

Southern California Base Salary Range: $179,273-$286,837

  • Temporary positions in the United States are excluded from the above mentioned compensation and benefit plans.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
