  • Analyze adoption opportunities across state markets to drive go/no-go decisions
  • Work closely with platform and print production teams to ensure seamless delivery of digital and print solutions
  • Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to align on priorities and launch plans
  • Provide stakeholders with a clear understanding of product goals, milestones, and impact
  • Advocate for product features based on customer value and business outcomes
  • Support data-driven planning, forecasting, and budget management for your product line
  • Travel occasionally (up to 15%) for research, meetings, or industry events

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in K–12 education, including EdTech or curriculum development roles
  • Deep knowledge of K–5 ELA curriculum, instructional design, and digital learning trends
  • Proven experience in product management, roadmap planning, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Familiarity with state adoption processes and market dynamics in the K–12 core curriculum space
  • Strong project management skills to balance short-term wins and long-term goals
  • Effective communicator and collaborator, comfortable with engineers, educators, and executives
  • Experience working with digital platforms and print workflows
  • Passion for literacy education and closing learning gaps through evidence-based instruction

Benefits include:

  • Medical, dental, and vision plans with $0 premium options
  • 401(k) with company match
  • 16 paid holidays, including winter break and floating holidays
  • Generous PTO, paid parental leave, family-building benefits
  • Mental health support and wellness initiatives
  • Disability and life insurance
