Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Product Manager to support Item and Vendor Enablement, including PIM, MDM, and VIM capabilities. You will work across vendor, inventory, ERP, and digital systems to deliver trusted information for merchants and suppliers.

You will lead requirements discovery, write user stories, manage backlogs, and drive delivery across proprietary applications and third-party platforms, coordinating with multiple teams and external partners in a fast-evolving environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Product Management experience.
• Retail industry experience, preferably supporting merchandising, omni-channel, inventory or store ops.
• Master Data Management (MDM) / PIM / VIM experience.
• Experience with retail platforms such as Stibo, SAP, Syndigo, Salisfy, etc.
• Proficiency with Agile and product delivery tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA.
• Experience managing internal and/or supplier-facing products or platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery with merchandising, inventory, data, technology teams and external partners.
• Translate features into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and refine the product backlog with alignment to objectives.
• Drive prioritization and delivery across internal and third-party platforms.
• Coordinate product and user testing, validation and business readiness.
• Identify risks and dependencies before release and escalate as needed.
