Job summary

Accenture seeks a PXM Functional Lead to own the functional design and enablement of Product Information Management solutions. You will bridge business stakeholders with delivery teams, define future-state processes, and drive data modeling and localization for scalable, governance-driven PIM platforms.

You will partner with PIM Architect, PMs, and client stakeholders to deliver user-centric, end‑to‑end solutions across merchandising, marketing, supply chain, and digital commerce.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full lifecycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies.
• 5+ years of deployment or migration of PIM, DAM, eCommerce and syndication tools.
• 3+ years of product data modeling (attributes, variants, hierarchies, relationships).
• 5+ years in functional roles supporting PIM/DAM/eCommerce/syndication solutions such as Salsify, Syndigo, Akeneo, inRiver, Informatica P360, Stibo STEP, 1WorldSync.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional discovery to map current product data, content, and onboarding processes.
• Define future-state PIM processes, workflows, and governance aligned to business goals.
• Translate business needs into functional specs and user stories for configuration and development.
• Guide configuration of PIM workflows, validations, permissions, and enrichment rules.
