We’re currently seeking experienced Senior Project Management professionals to support multiple client initiatives—ranging from new system development and enhancements to existing applications, to modernization of legacy systems.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Lead comprehensive Project Governance and Management, including:

· Risk, Scope, and Cost Management Plans

· Communication and Staffing Plans

· Organizational Change Management

· Facilitate meetings (discovery, design, status, agile ceremonies)

· Drive iteration planning, sprints, and retrospectives

· Create project artifacts, timelines, and business requirement documents

· Oversee project budgets and procurement efforts

· Monitor and manage scope, risk, and change requests

· Use tools such as MS Project, Azure DevOps, SmartSheet, and MS Teams to track progress

· Produce regular reports and executive-level readouts

· Act as a servant-leader to remove impediments and drive delivery forward

Required Experience & Skills:

· 5+ years of experience managing large, complex IT projects

· Proven track record executing full lifecycle project plans and budgets

· Strong knowledge of Agile and traditional PM methodologies

· Experience managing third-party vendors and system integrators

· Expertise in leading cross-functional IT teams in dynamic environments

· Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

· Experience working on projects related to Cloud Infrastructure, or IT Services preferred.

· Experience working with VMware or ServiceNow technologies, big plus.

Education & Certifications

· Bachelor’s or master's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field – or equivalent work experience (Required)

· PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant certifications are a plus
