Job summary

Rust-Oleum Corporation is seeking a Product Manager for Interior Wood Care in Vernon Hills, IL. This hybrid role supports Wood Care Watco, Zinsser, and Flooring lines, driving new products from ideation to market launch while optimizing current portfolios.

You will lead market research, define product positioning, and develop aggressive roadmaps to ensure profitable growth across key segments. 2 remote days/week in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is required.
• Minimum 6+ years in product or brand management; 10+ years for senior level.
• Strong project management, data-driven decision making, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, strategize, design, develop, launch, and support product campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Create exceptional user experiences with visual interfaces for target audiences.
• Define KPIs and monitor product performance and profitability.
• Lead market research to understand applications, users, competition and trends.
• Develop concepts from ideation to market launch for new opportunities.
• Manage the Wood Care Watco, Zinsser and Flooring portfolio and grow lines.
• Monitor competitive landscape and identify strategic opportunities.
• Develop strategic roadmaps and drive Stage-Gate product development.
• Support product commercialization and pricing strategies.
