Job summary

Atoms, based in Mountain View, CA, is seeking a Product Manager for Otter's Integrations & Ecosystem domain to own the connectivity engine behind every third-party integration. You will link Otter to dozens of platforms, manage credentials, sessions, and health at scale.

You will define the ecosystem metrics, own the roadmap, and collaborate with Engineering, Security, Design, BD, and GTM to onboard partners and ensure reliability. This is a vigorous, high-impact role with cross-functional scope.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of product management with direct ownership of a technical platform
• Experience with integrations and connectivity systems
• Ability to define SLOs and instrument health metrics
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Security, Design, and BD
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or a similarly complex vertical is a plus

Responsibilities

• Define a healthy ecosystem by metrics like usage, attach rate, retention, and connection health
• Own the connectivity engine roadmap for a single self-healing integration engine behind a universal interface
• Keep connections alive by designing systems resilient to partner-side auth changes and session expiry
• Auto-heal broken links by capturing failures early and re-establishing connections automatically
• Scale the partner surface by onboarding new platform integrations and defining connection contracts and certifications
• Drive cross-functional execution with Engineering, Security, Design, BD, and GTM to balance coverage with reliability and compliance
