About The Role

As a Product Manager on the Pipedream Integrations team, you will help shape and deliver the roadmap for platform integrations, with a focus on enterprise applications and API-based connectivity. This role is closely aligned with the day-to-day work of building, improving, and maintaining integrations that customers and developers rely on. You will work closely with engineering and partner teams to add and update integrated applications, define connector priorities, improve integration quality, and help the team use AI to increase integration velocity and throughput. This is a hands-on product role for someone who enjoys understanding how apps connect, identifying product gaps, and turning customer and platform needs into clear requirements.

• Helping shape the roadmap for platform integrations, with a focus on enterprise applications
• Adding and updating integrated applications, including setting up OAuth clients
• Identifying product and functionality gaps based on customer needs and app integration requirements
• Defining product requirements that expand the capabilities, quality, and reliability of the platform
• Managing app approvals and working with partners to establish and maintain certifications
• Defining tool and connector priorities for integrated applications
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues reported by customers with existing integrations
• Driving the use of AI to improve integration velocity, throughput, and quality

About You

Basic Qualifications

• Track record of shipping 0->1 products quickly and owning execution end to end on a small team, working day to day with engineers from spec through launch and fast, iterative releases
• Hands-on API fluency, including OAuth and other auth patterns, webhooks, and rate limits; comfortable debugging integrations directly
• Minimum of 5 years in product management or a related technical role, including shipping developer-facing products such as APIs, integrations, or developer tools
• Technical background, such as a computer science or engineering degree or equivalent hands-on technical experience
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agents, or MCP, and daily use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) to prototype and build

Other Qualifications

• Experience at an integration platform, developer tools, or API-first company
• Experience shipping products for enterprise customers, ideally at a startup or small company selling to enterprises
• Experience managing products that offer self-hosted or open-source versions alongside a commercial or cloud product, ideally with hands-on ownership of self-hosted deployment, packaging, or upgrades
• Can write code or scripts (JavaScript, Python); familiar with GitHub and npm or PyPI
• Experience at a fast-moving startup (ideally early, solo, or first PM, or founder)
• Curious, self-directed builder who explores new technology through their own projects, such as building agents, MCP servers, or tools to test new ideas

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
