Job summary

KODE Labs, headquartered in Detroit, Michigan, is seeking a Product Manager — Integrations to lead the strategy and roadmap for integrating the platform with external systems, devices, and data sources. You will collaborate with customers, partners, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Experience to deliver secure, scalable integrations.

You will own APIs, connectors, and platform interoperability, guiding authentication, data mapping, and monitoring while driving adoption and reliable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience owning APIs, enterprise integrations, or developer-facing products.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, and data synchronization.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into clear customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for APIs, connectors, partner integrations, and platform interoperability.
• Meet with customers and partners to understand integration needs and validate priorities.
• Prioritize opportunities based on customer demand, business value, effort, and scalability.
• Define requirements for authentication, data mapping, synchronization, error handling, security, and monitoring.
• Partner with Engineering to improve integration reliability and the developer experience.
• Support strategic accounts and complex customer integrations.
• Partner with Technical Writing on API documentation and implementation guides.
• Define and track KPIs such as adoption, implementation time, reliability, and support volume.

You will own the strategy and roadmap for how the KODE Labs platform connects with external systems, applications, devices, and data sources. You will work closely with customers, partners, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Experience to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable integrations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own the roadmap for APIs, connectors, partner integrations, and platform interoperability.
• Meet with customers and partners to understand integration needs and validate priorities.
• Prioritize opportunities based on customer demand, business value, effort, and scalability.
• Define requirements for authentication, data mapping, synchronization, error handling, security, and monitoring.
• Partner with Engineering to improve integration reliability and the developer experience.
• Support strategic accounts and complex customer integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience building B2B software or SaaS products.
• Experience owning APIs, enterprise integrations, connectors, or developer-facing products.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, and data synchronization.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into clear customer outcomes.
• Strong discovery, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Experience.

• Experience with API-first platforms or integration marketplaces.
• Experience with IoT, connected devices, or data-heavy enterprise products.
• Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus, MQTT, or similar protocols.
