Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of related work experience, typically as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• At least three years’ experience in the Commercial insurance industry plus eight years in PM/PO roles.
• Deep knowledge of Underwriting and Operations, with Workers’ Compensation experience.

Responsibilities

• Owns product vision, strategy, and backlog for the Workers’ Compensation line.
• Collaborates with stakeholders and technology teams to translate initiatives into capabilities and delivery plans.
• Develops and communicates a prioritized roadmap to deliver measurable business value.
• Provides leadership, mentoring, and development support to empower Product Owners.
